Family Reunion
Those recognised as refugees or granted humanitarian protection in the UK have the right to family reunion with their pre-existing family members, namely spouse/civil partner/unmarried partner and minor dependent children. There is no fee payable for making applications for entry clearance in this capacity and arrangements can be made with the Red Cross for provision of the cost of the travel to the UK of the family members granted entry clearance in this category.
