New Solicitor for Cole & Yousaf
In August Cole & Yousaf employed their first new fee-earner, Robert Worthington.
Rob had previously worked at the Refugee Legal Centre (latterly called Refugee & Migrant Justice) for eight years. He was a Legal Officer at the RLC/RMJ and specialised in higher appeals work before the Upper Tribunal (Immigration & Asylum Chamber).
Following the demise of RLC/RMJ, we were exceptionally pleased that Rob accepted the offer to come and work for Cole & Yousaf.
Rob was already accredited by the Law Society at Level 2 (Senior Caseworker) and Supervisor under the Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme and was a non-practising barrister, but we are particularly pleased to annouce that in November Rob was admitted as a Solicitor.
Cole & Yousaf pride themselves the quality and expertise of the advice that they provide to their clients and with another Solicitor such as Rob, who is very experienced in asylum and human rights law, the service offered by Cole & Yousaf will be significantly enhanced.
